We are seeing lots of pregnant mamas at Rushmore Family Chiropractic! We love treating entire families and offering chiropractic and wellness solutions to the very young, the very old and everyone in between.
Both Dr. Ashley Kauffman and Dr. Becky Beilstein have infants who are nursing (they gave birth to Owen and Aria last October – on the same day, in fact!). Many of our nursing patients have expressed worries about breastfeeding their newborns. We know what that’s like and are happy to offer solutions.
For the next few months we’re going to talk about some of the hidden gems of the Black Hills and how to best enjoy them. This month we’re talking about Rochford and Mystic! They’re little villas in the heart of the Hills but they’re packed with beautiful scenery and great history. It’s also a great place to get outdoors for some exercise, even in the winter months.
For the “Rally Season” blog, it’s all about pampering and rewarding ourselves by taking some down time. Stay home, prepare our own meals, listen to our body and check out of the rat race for a week. There’s no better time to do that, even if you can’t afford to get away this year. Make this an annual holiday for your mind/body/spirit!
Missing your physical exercise, during the Winter months? We’re right in the middle of
winter and it’s been a cold one. Only the most rugged of individuals are out running or
hiking this season. But we need our exercise and there are some great, creative ways to get
that activity during the cold winter months.
