Get to Know Lucy Kells

Throughout the years I have worked in many different settings but only three places have made an impact on my life. I worked for Hennen Health System/ N8 Wellness in Colorado Springs for three years as Office Assistant/ Chiropractic Assistant/ Massage Therapist. After, I moved to Europe with my husband where I was a stay at home mom. Once back in the states I was a Rehab Office Coordinator (ROC) for two years for Genesis Rehab Systems in Maryland. There I was at multiple clinics and worked with Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapist within skilled nursing facilities. I was referred to Dr. Ashley by an acquaintance and was impressed instantly as a patient then later became an employee of Rushmore Family Chiropractic.

On a personal note I have been a patient of chiropractic care since the age of eleven. I have two beautiful children; Collin, who is six, and Gracie, who is five.  We moved to Rapid City after visiting family for Christmas and fell in love with the town. My husband is retired from the military and now working at the VA out in Sturgis. I am a strong believer in chiropractic care to help maintain mine and my family’s health.

I will strive increase patient satisfaction by answering phone calls, scheduling appointments and help answering questions doing all with a smile on my face.
